Train the Whole Athlete

The best skaters do not just train on the ice. Our off-ice programs are designed specifically to complement your on-ice work, building the strength, flexibility, and artistry that separate good skaters from great ones. Class schedules and pricing are available in the summer booklet.

Resistance Training

Trainers supervising skating specific programs using plyometrics, balance exercises, aerobic workouts, resistance, weights and stretching.

What to Wear Gym clothes and gym shoes

Ballet

Class is designed to promote knowledge of correct body alignment. Helps improve coordination of the body with musicality and rhythmic accuracy.

What to Wear Skating clothes and tights, ballet slippers

Dance

Class is designed to encourage musicality, expression and rhythm.

Skating Skills

Work on skating skills off ice that include stretching, jumping and spin positions.

Flexibility & Strength

Physical trainer will work on stability, strength and flexibility as it relates to skating.
