Resistance Training and Strengthening

This class is designed for specific muscle training with resistance,  weights, plyometrics, balance exercises, aerobic workouts and stretching.
Proper attire: gym clothes and gym shoes

Yoga

Classes are designed to keep the body supple and the mind quiet. You will focus on breathing, posture and maintaining peace of mind, no matter what the obstacle or challenge. 
Must bring a stretch mat.

Stretch and Flexibility Class
Great class for beginner level skaters – will incorporate some ballet

This class is taught by our Ballet instructor. You will work on releasing and lengthening overworked muscles, to keep the muscles and joints healthy and flexible. Proper attire: Stretchable clothing.
Must bring a stretch mat.

Jazz / Modern / Tap / World dance classes

Classes are designed to gain knowledge of correct body alignment and placement. Ballet improves coordination of the body with musicality and rhythmic accuracy.
To participate in class, proper attire must be worn. Skating dress / leotard with tights and ballet slippers. Hair pulled away from face
